Instructions for speakers
The duration of invited talks was 30 min + 10 min discussion and standard talks were 15 + 5 min.
Standard facilities were available for oral presentations:
- conference laptop (PC, Windows 11),
- data projector (full HD, screen 16:9),
- laser pointer.
On the conference laptop, the following presentation file formats were supported:
- PDF files,
- PowerPoint files (PPS, PPSX, PPT, or PPTX).
We strongly recommended to use the conference laptop to prevent time loss due to swapping the equipment.
Details for poster presentations
The poster boards were 100 cm wide and 120 cm high. Please do not use self-adhesive tapes or Velcro which will not work. Pins were available on site.
Participants presenting posters could also prepare a three-minute clip talk.

Registration fees
The conference fee covered participation to the conference, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party, excursion, and conference dinner if selected.
