Instructions for speakers
The duration of invited talks will be 30 min + 10 min discussion and standard talks will be 15 + 5 min.
Standard facilities will be available for oral presentations:
- conference laptop (PC, Windows 11),
- data projector (full HD, screen 16:9),
- laser pointer.
On the conference laptop, the following presentation file formats are supported:
- PDF files,
- PowerPoint files (PPS, PPSX, PPT, or PPTX).
We strongly recommend to use the conference laptop to prevent time loss due to swapping the equipment. We kindly ask you to provide your presentation file well in advance on a USB flash disk (before your session at the latest). Alternatively, you can use your own computer.
Details for poster presentations
The poster boards are 100 cm wide and 120 cm high. Please do not use self-adhesive tapes or Velcro which will not work. Pins will be available on site.
Participants presenting posters can also prepare a three-minute clip talk. If you want to take part in this poster-talks session, please send us a (maximum) 3-slide presentation before 5th of September at .

Registration fees
The conference fee will cover participation to the conference, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party, excursion, and conference dinner if selected.

The payment can be made by bank transfer (lower rate until the payment deadline of July 7 applies). Unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards or cheques. Payment instructions will be provided in a confirmation e-mail sent upon registration.
